A.Hi,
You can dispossess and disown him by public notice so that you would not be held responsible for his any activities. A parent can financially and emotionally cut off his own children with legal impunity.

A.Dear Client,
Firstly, clarify whether your property is ancestral or Self Acquired?
If you are not concerned about your son and your property is self acquired, then you can execute a Will favouring your other children or the person you wish to transfer your property.
Thank You
