Sir What is the meaning of The Stage of Evidence in a Civil suit ? Is it same to stage of arguement ?

A.Stage of Evidence in a Civil Suit is a stage at the stage of Trial Phase. Below are the stages at trial phase you can say it stage of evidence also:
1. Plaintiff Evidence
2. Cross-Examination of Plaintiff Evidence
3. Defendant Evidence
4. Cross-Examination of Defendant Evidence
5. Final Argument
1. Plaintiff Evidence
