Here 2 fake application submitted in police station and when I want a copy of they said you give a law IPC section
So in which section to get a copy of application from police station

A.Hi,
Being a public document, the FIR cannot be withheld from public domain and would not only lend credence but would bring transparency in the working of the Police Department in case the same is put in public domain.
The accused is entitled to get a copy of the First Information report at an earlier stage as prescribed under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C.

A.Hi,
The Magistrate to whom a copy of a F.I.R. is sent under section 157 of the Cr. P.C. is required to issue a certified copy thereof to the accused on demand. Moreover, The officer in charge of a police station where an F.I.R. is registered, is also required to give a certified copy of the F.I.R. to the accused on demand.
