Repeated complaint to Police 100
I live in an apartment and I have a 2 year old kid. when my kid runs, the downstairs resident who is a single lady hears a noise. First she gave a compliant to the apartment association, then a written complaint in the nearest police station. we went to Police station and they tried a compromise. we tried our best to minimize, but my kid runs like once or twice every hour. now she has started calling up 100 and complaints that we are jumping and making noise. This has happened 5 times in the past 1.5 months. The police comes looks at the kid and says kindly minimize to the extent possible. Since the police frequently comes to my apartment, this has become a Nuisance and is creating an embarrassment within the neighborhood. what could be done to stop this - kindly suggest.

You can file a case for the nuisance so caused, at first you can send her a legal notice.

You can send her a legal notice for the same, and if no such steps are initiated you can file a case for the same.
