Notice Period

Currently have 3 months notice period but I unable to survive and company force to complete notice period , What I do?

A.Hi,
The clause in the employment agreement usually states "ninety days' written notice or three (3) months' gross salary in lieu thereof". Therefore if you are willing to pay the company should not raise any objections.

A.Hi,
An employer can set out a contractual notice period in the employment contract. If no agreement is reached, and you refuse to work the notice period required by your employment contract, you'll be in breach of contract and your employer will not be required to pay your notice.

As per your inputs incase if you could not continue your service in that company even for the notice period then file a letter to relieve you stating the health grounds
