Sir , What is the meaning of a Civil case in DISPOSAL LIST.? Is Arguements are over by the petitioner and respondent? Can we file additional points at this time in the Civil Petition

This means that final arguments will be heard during the proceedings, after which the matter will be adjudicated upon.
Yes, additional points can be filed when they are discovered, by way of interlocutory applications.
