I went to police station to file 498A FIR but inspector removed many complaint content saying all allegations to be put in court. Now I see police filed only 498A FIR. Now what can I do ? how to lodge full Complaint/FIR

A.Hi,
Try and contact senior officials from that station. If they are unwilling to take action, you can file a writ petition in the High Court.

A.Hi,
You will have to take up the issue with senior police officials from that jurisdiction. Failing this, you can file a writ petition in the High Court, the Court will then command the police to carry out their duty correctly.
