Cheating for an admission.

Sir/Madam,
I had a bitter experience with an education service provider at NOIDA the name of the institution is Study and Lead. The person approached me and offered me admission to Engineering in a University situated at M.P. Now when trying to initiate a communication he is attending my phone. For admission purposes, i had credited around two lakhs to the account of Study and Lead. I had informed him to give my money back but he did not credit my money, please let me know what I shall i do to get my money.

A.Hi,
File a complaint against him for cheating and fraud under Sections 415 and 420 IPC. You can recover your money by filing a civil money recovery suit. If he is unable to be found, an ex-parte order will be passed in your favour that you can recover from his known assets.

A.Hi,
File a complaint with the police for fraud and cheating under Sections 415 and 420 IPC. Once they have located him, you can file a civil money recovery suit and recover your dues.
