We bought a property through gpa registration.. can I register that property to my children name to convert the gpa document to sale deed ?

Yes, but you will need the owner's consent and have to pay the necessary duties.

A.Yes, on payment of required stamp duty and charges you can get the property into free hold and become owner, thereafter, you can execute sale deed.
