Property Division Property Division

Our father constructed a dwelling unit of 1800sqft on a 6000sqft plot. He sold the roof rights of the dwelling unit to me along with passage rights and the roof rights on which I made a 1800sqft dwelling unit.
My father died without any WILL and now we want to sell the property for division of assets.
What will be my share of the property considering my roof rights and dwelling unit cost. We are 6 brothers and sisters

A.Hi,
You are the sole owner of the roof.
In addition, you can claim an equal share of the rest of the property. Each of your siblings will also have a similar share.

A.Hi,
You can claim an equal share of the remainder of the property. As there are six siblings, it will need to be divided into six shares. The roof will belong exclusively to you by way of the sale deed.

A.Is there by proof of sale of roof right by your father to you like sale deed etc? If there is proper sale in your favour then except your purchased property balance property be divided in equal proportions among all the legal heirs of your father which includes his children including daughter also and wife.
