One family borrowed money from me for a period of 11 months from 12 dec 2019 to 12 nov 2020. They were supposed to give me rent every month. They are neither returning my money nor giving the rent. What can I do? Can i file a case? The contract expired on 12 nov 2020, around two months ago. Can i still file a case?
