Protection from parents

My parents are forcefully admitting me in a Mental rehab and this has happened 3 times before. I don't have any mental problem nor am I an addict. It is just that my personality is way too strong and I happen to be a female and the fact is not easily digested. My question is that how do I obtain legal protection against this harrassment? I am 29 yr old.
