I am working with recruitment Consultancy based in Mumbai, I joined here as a freelancer in October 20 and in Dec 20 they appointed me as a delivery manager. It was decided by owner of the company that she will pay 25k in first week of every month but in Feb, they are saying we have no funds to be paid and they ask me to resign . I left office wasaapp groups bcz I got to know they won't pay my salary. After leaving wassapp group they considered me as absconding but i haven't resigned from the post. I told them I am ready to serve Notice period but they said you are absconded also not ready to pay my salary from 1st Jan to 10th Feb. Can i get help from you

A.Hi,
File a civil money recovery suit against the company to recover your dues.
