My notice period is 90 days and I serve 35 days after that my wife sick and doctors said for totally bed rest for 1+ month and I have a little daughter 3 year. I have already said this reason hr department and directors also and I said for work from home also of remaining days, but all not accepting my request and not releave me properly. Now company send me a letter through Corporate Advisior but I am not accepting it because it's was come at my previous rental address.
My questions are:
1.Now what I can do?
2.can I receive this latter or not?
3. I am mentally very depressed So let me know in that case company take any actions against me than whichone?

A.Hi,
1. They will have to serve a fresh letter to your new address.
2. You can look through it once they serve it to your new residence.
3. If you fall within the definition of a workman under the Industrial Disputes Act, you can approach the labour Court for relief. Alternatively, you can file a civil suit.

A.Hi,
1. They will have to resend this letter to your current address, only when you receive is it notice if the same deemed to have been served.
2. Yes, you can look through it to determine the best course of action.
3. If you are a workman under the Industrial Disputes Act, you can file a case in labour Court. If you are not, you can approach file a suit in civil Court.

A.The letter will go back with comments as adressee moved.

They can file civil suit for recovery of notice period as well as breach of agreement & terms of employemnt too

It is adviced to send your resignation letter by registered post to avoid any complications. for the case related matter you have to seek legal help and assistance only
