I was asked to pay skill allowance back if I leave the job

I joined a company and I want to leave the job but the company policy says the skill allowance will be deducted from the salary if I leave job within 1 year. The skill allowance is 5k/month & take home is 25k. I worked here for 6 months so that means do I have to work 1 month without salary?

A.Hi,
We need more clarity. Do the terms mention the entire skill allowance will be deducted or just one month's?
If it is the full amount, then you will have to pay the Rs.25,000 if you wish to resign.
