suspension on whatsapp video message.

We are collected trip amount in the office premises. someone has taken video and forward to various whatsapp group.
In case, the office has given suspension order to government servant after received anonymous complaint through various whatsapp group of anonymous mobile number. But the office has not shown whatsapp number in the office enquiry report. What I can do legal action against anonymous whatsapp number and anonymous sender, please advise to government servant.

A.Hi,
As nothing illegal occurred, you can file a petition in the High Court to get your suspensions revoked. Defamation is punishable under Sections 499 and 500 IPC, if the anonymous numbers slandered your reputation, the police can help you locate and identify them.

Based on the information, there seems to be nothing illegal that happened. As such, you can file a writ petition in the High Court and get the suspensions revoked.
The police can assist you in locating the number owners, you can file a complaint for defamation against them if they have damaged your reputation without reason.
