A.it is not remuneration it is called disturbance and yes you can file suit in civil court under cyber laws

A.Sending pornographic material is a criminal offence. If someone is sending you such materials on email or any other platform on mobile like whatsapp, you can lodge a F. I. R. in Police station in your area. If you require any help in drafting F. I. R. you can consult us.

A.Hi,
You may opt for FIR against all this activities via net. This doing is illegal in law, whoever be , may be booked in criminal offence.
Yes you may claim compensation but after filing case against him.
Or you may issue a legal notice against him. You should tell him that u may lodge FIR against all this illegal activities and may face severe punishment under IPC and IT Act.
