Equality in emergency duty

I am working in Government hospital where only junior staff is forced to do all emergency duties including Night duties but senior staff is exempt from the emergency day and night duties . We write applications to the head of the department and head of the institute but there is no action taken till date. Total six applications are written over the period of two years. Kindly suggest line of action.

You will have to keep making complaints to the hospital's grievance redressal till someone is sympathetic to you.
There is little a Court can do to help you with this as it is common practice for juniors to have to work harder across almost all disciplines.

A.Hi,
This is the normal hierarchy in most fields, you will have to work harder as juniors. There is a little a Court can do to help you with this, as the terms would be specified in your contract.
