Air Pollution from AC outdoor unit of neighbor

My neighbor left just 2ft distance to my compound wall and in that place he installed Air Conditioner outdoor unit. The exhaust fan is no more distance to my compound wall and also my doors and windows. As the outdoor unit emmits harmful gases and heat air , do I have any right stop it. My neighbor saying, it is in my place. But the heat and harmful gases will disturb us a lot. Do I have any right from Air Pollution Act, 1981 against this? (Warangal, Telangana)
