How can I protect myself from false Domestic Violence and Dowry case.

My inlaws are blackmailing me to separate from my family else they will file a case on me. How can I protect myself?
A.Hi,
False claims can be quashed by the High Court under Section 482 CrPC. The persons making such claims can be punished under Section 209 IPC.
If you believe there is a chance you will be arrested, you can apply for anticipatory bail at the Sessions or High Court under Section 438 CrPC.

A.Hi,
You can apply for anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC.
If they are making false claims, then can be punished under Section 209 IPC.
Such false claims can be quashed by the High Court under Section 482 CrPC.
