Mentally harassment by from.people of society

Hi,
I am living in a society in digha. There are 3 families they are continuously torturing me and my family so how could we can deal with them?

If you'r society is registered. First ly please intimate them about this or ask them about to call general body meeting
Or you can file criminal complaint against them

The term “Mental Harassment” has not been specifically defined under the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC), however, harassment can be interpreted in terms of cruelty or torture. Harassment refers to different types of behaviours including criminal behaviour. If the harassment is non- criminal behaviour, you can sue the person harassing you in a civil suit.
