A.Yes you should lodge a case under section 420, 406 and 499 of IPC.

A.Love is not n mutual basis of both boy and girl. What do you mean by "pyaar ke jaal me fasaya"? Were you child? You can file recovery case against girl for your money. You can also file complaint.
