I am a Hindu and I have inherited a house from my father (self-acquired) as per his Will. I have no children. Can I will this house to my step brother. If I sell this house and buy another one from the proceeds, can I will this house to my step brother.

A.After getting the property in the will, it became your self earned property, do you can dispose it of in any way you want.
