What step I can take against the bank for harassment by the recovery agent, unannounced visit, and settlement letter issued without permission
A.u have many actions to take it legally, .....settlement letter issued without permission is NOT ur concern. Once they have sent it through their representative it is their lookout... No need to worry you can file a case against them.
