Madam I meet a lady came to my office for her work she ask my no n I gave her. Conversations begin up to 2 year ..without any physical contact. After my marriage at 2013. Stop her talking n chatting. After 5 year she got my no n called me. I have also talked with her n chatting with her from last 15 days. Her husband cought her while talking with me. N gave lpt application at near police station. Police officer called me ask about the facts. I told them what ever I talked on phone. Now she is committed suicide. But complaint lodge as unnatural death. N enquiry going on. My question is. IS THEIR ANY POSSIBILITY THAT CAN HER HUSBAND GIVE COMPLAINT ON ME UNDER SECTION 316 IPC. pl help me . N give suggestion for I came out of this.

A.Hi,
No, Section 316 would not apply, unless there are facts you have not mentioned here.
Make a petition to the High Court to quash the case under Section 482 CrPC, if it is untrue.

A.Hi,
No, Section 316 would not be applicable to your case.
If the case is false, it can be quashed by the High Court under Section 482 CrPC.
