Harassment at workplace Harassment at workplace

Hi

I work in a PSB. A year back, i took an abrupt leave for back problem and psychiatric issues for nearly six months for which i did sent intimation as wells as leave letter supporting with documents which were never acknowledged or responded.

Six months back at the advice of Chief manager HR, i submitted my health certificate seeking permission to report which wasn't responded as usual. 3 months back i tried to report myself and was publicly humiliated by incumbent manager and Regional Business Office. Since then i have been running pillar to pillars to get justice. My Regional Business Office isn't allowing me to report and Administrative office & Local Head office isn't responding either.

After i made a complain at head office and went through RBO's series of letters repeatedly asking for already send documents, finally i was asked to report but only for explanation along with a threat of being terminated in case i don't present myself before them in 30 days.

I am scared to report back to the controllers i have complained about and who have shown serious hostility towards me by not responding to either of my mails, posts or calls. I have received financial sanctions in the form of hold on to my account, unauthorized deduction of my account, stoppage of my rent for bank rented accommodation and humiliation by branch manager at the behest of Assistant General Manager of Regional Business Office.

Even if they allow my reporting, i am scared at working at an environment where i can be targeted easily. I can sense their discriminating attitude towards person recovered from mental illness in their letters. I have informed my apprehension to Local Head office and Head office Mumbai and asked for transfer to other circle but no one is responding. What are my options legally?
