bail petition in criminal case

We filed the second petition but we have not seen the bail petition draft copy. Does bail petition points will play important when the case is started after the trail? are bail petition grounds important? what are the dis advantage when you file bail with the same advocate who handles the other accused bail in the same case?

A.Hi,
No, it should not have an effect on the trial. You can get bail as a matter of right for non-serious offences. The grounds on which your are granted/rejected bail depends on your guilt or innocence. There would be no such disadvantage.

Bail allows you to be freed from imprisonment until your trial has concluded. If the crime you have been accused of is not serious, then you have a right to obtain bail. The grounds to be granted bail depend on your guilt or innocence. There would be no such disadvantage.
