dear sir, my father is having younger brother and issue is my grand mother got house as a pasupu kumkuma ( gift ) during her marriage, and it is belongs to her sons in documents to avoid misuse by her husband,my father younger brother had papers of land and not giving for last 30 years ,main problem is he is keeping his mother with him and using for daily activities as she mentally challenged, ( not sound ) he willfully not sending his mother to my father ,whether he has ( younger brother ) right to take entire property, if taken what we can do against him, please give solution for this
