HRA applicability rule for corporate employees
3 years ago
My employer is forcing us to come back to the base location although we need not come to the office. Employees who are not able to come to the base location are told that their HRA component from the monthly salary will be deducted as they are not staying in the base location. Is there any such rule? If it is there why it was not applied till now from 1 year where everyone is working from home? What can be done to deal with this situation?
