Sir actually I have received a call from a online data entry company few days before and they offered me some work so that they will pay me Money when the work is completed .on the first day I have started my work but on the first day itself my account got terminated and I further could not work on website so after few days they call me back and send me a legal notice through an advocate in email and they are asking to pay money of 200000 to clear the court notice. And they are calling me again and again and making me a mental depression, his name is Mukesh m patel, enrollment number 2023/2016.Mirzapur, court complex, Gujarat. So pls help me to solve this problem?
Since this company seems to be fraudulent in nature and is just aiming to claim money out of you, it is advised that you hire a lawyer and proceed to the court against it.
You can also claim damages for such harassment caused by them.

You can file a suit against the company in NCLT if it was a company registered under the companies act.
It is advisable for you to take a lawyer and complaint against such lawyer to the Bar Counsel for helping such fraud company.
