Hello Lawyer/s,
One bad day, I and my friend stayed in some other friends apartment,the next day I moved back to my home and he also moved from there to his house/room.the same day I am not sure he was intentionally escaped or mistakenly happened but he was escaped from there,and their relatives are started searching about him and later they registered a FIR in local police station,and telling I'm the last person who spent time along with him.later I went to police station and I explained what happened that day and I gave some written statement as well to police station.so far I wasn't know his status like where he is staying and where he went. but I'm getting hurt with this situation and police people as well .and Police people are suspecting me like I know his status but not reveling the things,but how come I spoil my life for others issue.I can tell to police people If I know the missed person status,but I don't know,he was spoiled my entire life,because of this situation there is no joy in my life.If I know about his status I would get him into the police station. please advise . how to get solve this problem......

You are not only very junior & Lack in basic concept of our system, particularly law & enforcement the movement he is attend the police station alone he will be in their control & you or any person can do anything as the person in charge will be in power and authority.Have you any time faced such case or attend any police station no that is why you can not guide,help or protect only when it is too late you will not be able to do anything,better learn,understand and advice.This is clearly shows the knowledge & wisdom of the junior layers and their legal education,better to learn and know by experience not to enter the field of joints who set standard & learn through great sacrifice & time for the cause.

Just get relax and have a glass of water.
Its a serious problem that you are facing. But u need not to worry and just give all the answers of police officials very honestly and carefully.
Its true that police will try to apply last seen theory in this case but the persons who stayed there with you both in night have also to be questioned. At prensent point you need not to worry and dont behave like an accused
