You can either file a complaint in the police station or a suit can be filed under section 324 of the Indian Penal Code if the torture turns violent and physically harms anybody. Thank You

A.Hi,
You have an option to file a complaint in the police station against your mother. It is advisable to collect and save evidence for proving the violence against the family by her in the court. If the torture turns into violence and physical harm, a suit can be filed u/s 324 of the Indian Penal Code. Thank You
