I have 2 sons and 1 daughter. Have problems with elder son and dil. I have a own house constructed with my own income. They want that house. We don't have any problem with other children. Now elder son claiming that if I not give house to him, my other son also should not come for occasional visits to my house. Can I file suit that it's my house and I can allow any one I like to come home for occasional visits and deny whom I don't like

A.Hi,
An injunction order can be filed for restraining him from entering your property or else suit for trespassing through your property can also be considered. Thank You

A.Hi,
Since you are the owner of the property, you have all the rights over it. If you wish to file a suit against your eldest son, you can either file for an injunction order, or if he tries to enter without your consent, charges for trespass under the law of torts can be filed. However, it would be advisable to solve the matter amicably.
Thank You.
