Neighbour nuisance

My next door neighbour keeps her dustbin, fishskin or other foul smelling stuff in the lobby which is just 3 ×6 ft.dirty water drains out of the polythene bag containing it making the place messy and offensive.

First try and sort the issue out by making a request to them to abstain from doing this. If this does not work out, serve them with legal notice and then file a complaint for nuisance under Section 268 IPC.

A.Hi,
You should approach them first to resolve the dispute non-judicially.
If it is proving to be a health hazard, then you can serve them with legal notice and then file a complaint for nuisance under Section 268 IPC.
