My grandfather purchased land in the year 1965.At that time owners father singned in register document instead of owner due to miscommunication.from 1965 we are enjoying now few of them coming for position from 1965 we have revenue records .one partision also done in the year 1991 .any chances I have to continue my position

A.Hi,
As you have been in uninterrupted use and possession of the property for more than 12 years, you can file a suit for adverse possession and declaration of title.

A.Hi,
You can file a claim for adverse possession and then a suit for declaration of title, as you have been in possession of the property for more than 12 years.
