My grandfather purchased land in the year 1965.At that time owners father singned in register document instead of owner due to miscommunication.from 1965 we are enjoying now few of them coming for position from 1965 we have revenue records .one partision also done in the year 1991 .any chances I have to continue my position

As you have been in uninterrupted use and possession of the property for more than 12 years, you can file a suit for adverse possession and declaration of title.

A.You are good chances to succeed to retain it albeit with little or more hurdles by them legally. Bcoz limitations would play great role in your favour.
