I am a nominee for a deposit of my father. He is no more. Do I need my brothers (2) signature to get that deposit from bank.

A.Hi,
You don't need anybody's signature for taking out the deposit amount from the Bank as your father had appointed you as his nominee. In the event of death of an account or locker holder, the bank can release the money in the account or contents of the locker to the appointed nominee and for the same, no further documents or the permissions are required from other people.

No, you don't need your brother's signatures for taking out the money from your father's account since you had been appointed as his nominee. The nominee has the right that in the event of the death of an account or locker holder, the bank can release the money in the account or contents of the locker to the appointed nominee.
