Hi,
We married by ran away, after few days police filed a missing case and taken her back to their home. Since then no contact. In police station they said not to be in contact with her. But I am sending whatsapp messages daily to her where there is no response, so, i felt that she is detained by her parents and also called 2 or 3 times to her mobile. I filed habeas corpus writ in high court. Now,court ordered to take her statement under 164 Cr.p.c, if in that statement if she says that he is harassing me by calling and massaging is it punishable offence to me.

A.Hi,
If she does not want to stay married to you, then the best option is an annulment. Her parents might have forced her to make such a statement, there is not much you can do in this situation.

A.Hi,
It appears that her parents did not approve of her marriage and might have compelled her to make such a statement. You can file an application for restitution of conjugal rights if you wish to see her again. However, in light of the circumstances, the best course of action might be to terminate the marriage by filing for annulment.
