My husband has cheated me 3rd time in 2 years of marriage .. I have proofs of it ... But still I was ready to forgive him ..
But now my in-laws are not allowing me to come back home ..my husband is ready to take me home but his mother is not allowing him to take me home ..

If you wish to stay with your husband, you can file for restitution of conjugal rights under Hindu marriage act
On the contrary, you can seek divorce on the grounds of adultery.

A.Hi,
You can file for restitution of conjugal rights under Hindu marriage act if you wish to stay with your parents.
If you wish to file for a divorce, you can seek divorce on the grounds of adultery.
