I got married last year in March. Just after my marriage I and my wife are treated badly by my parents and elder brother. There is no physical abuse but mentally they are disturbing us. Me and my wife are working professionals and working in different city. My parents and brother called my in-laws on phone and tortured them. My brother called police on me and my wife for not keeping my parents with me. From my side I am taking care of my parents finically and also Brought them one house where they are staying correctly. I want some legal help so that they will not harm us legally in the future.

A.Hi,
You can send them a legal notice warning them not to harass you and your wife.
If the problem still persists file a case of cruelty and mental harassment. You can up the help of a lawyer for the same.

A.Hi,
You can file a case of cruelty and harassment against them. It is advisable for you to send a legal notice to them first before filing a case.

A.You can ask your brother as well to contribute towards expenses of the parents or he can stay with your parents and you can move out of house with your wife if you have brought the house for your parents. Also please note so far this is not a legal matter and seems like normal wear and tear but still in case you want to go legal you can go for mediation process to settle things. Your local lawyer may be able to help you regarding this.
