fabricated molestation case

i have been framed and a fabricated molestation case has been filed against me my wife and my brother in the year 2017 and till date the case has not even reached trial stage and my lawyer only takes adjournment and long dates

A.Hi,
It id advised to you to file a counter suit for criminal defamation and criminal intimidation against them. Also, let the trial happen so that you can prove yourselves to the court.

A.Criminal matters take time to reach actual trial stage depending on the case and culture of working in each place. However you can file writ petition for quash i.e. strike off of the FIR in the High Court if you believe it is false allegation and if chargesheet has not been filed in your case and most importantly it will be time consuming, hence take note.
