REMOVING MY NAME FROM THE PANEL AFTER UTILISING SERVICE OF ME FOR 30YEARS

Sir, I Am A Private Professional Empanelled With All The Govt.General Insurance Companies From Last 32 Years. Before 3-4 Years, A Dispute Had Been Occured With The Officer Of National Insurance Company & I Had Initially Raised Voice Against Him To The Head Office Of That Company But That Company With The Help Of Their Entire Investigating Team Removed Me From Their Panel & Now After Three Years One More Company Has Stopped My Work Saying That National Insurance Has Removed Me From The Panel. Sir, Because Of Being Alone Person, I Have Been Broken / Harrashed.Sir,Whether Is There Any Remedy Or Can I Get Justice.

Hi,
We will need more details about the reasons for your dismissal to better answer you. If you believe you have been wrongly terminated from service, you can file a writ petition seeking relief in the High Court.

Hi,
You can file a writ petition in High Court and pray for restitution of your position in the same. However, you will be liable to be dismissed if you acted in contravention of company policy.
