Family court case
Hi all,
If we have to move a case from City1 State1 to City2 State2, what is the procedure ? Do we need to file a tranfer petition in City1 District court to move the case to City2 State2 or we need to file a case in City1 High court for the movement or do we need to file a case in Supreme court to move the case from City1 State1 to City2 State2. Please advise.
Thanks in advance
A.Hi,
You need to make an application in the Supreme Court, by giving appropriate reasons for the same.
Thank you

A.Hi,
Yes, you can file a transfer petition in the Supreme court of India, to transfer the jurisdiction by giving the court a satisfactory reply as to why the case should be transferred. Based upon your pleadings the case can be transferred.
Thank You
