A.Hi,
You can file a suit u/s 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights if you want that your wife should live with you. Custodial Rights can be claimed for your daughter which might not be passed in your favor as your daughter is young, but you can get visitation rights for visiting her. Thank you

A.Hi,
You can file a suit for Restitution of Conjugal rights u/s 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. And if you want to meet your daughter, you can file for getting custodial rights of your daughter, which will allow getting visitation rights and your wife wouldn't be able to deny you from meeting your daughter.
Thank You

A.Aap court me ghar wapis lanake liye section 9 Hindu Marriage Act ke a aplication lagaaiye wife ko wapis lane ki request kariye agar tab bhi nahi ati hai to divorce case jo wife ne lagaya hai usme ek application lagaaiye ki aapki beti ki custody dilayijaye aapko waise custody to nahi milegi aapko kyoki beti 5 saal ki uppar nahi hai phir bhi court aapko visiting rights de sakti hai.
