Husband not taking care of wife and kid

My husband not keeping contact withme andmy kid for the last one year. He is in mumbai now and keeping contact only with his mom in kerala. He or his mom not ready to share his contact details with us...his mom somply telling he dont want to continue this relation, but he not coming uofront...Please advice how to proceed on this.
Also i need to know myself(working in a private firm) and my girl child (6years old) eligible for maintenance from him.. Also is my kid eligible to get share of their property, as he is the only son.

A.child have share from ancestral property.

File a petition for interim maintenance under Section 125 CrPC. Your child is the sole legal heir and as such, is entitled to a share of all your husband's assets.
file a complaint of cruelty against your husband and his mother under Section 498A IPC, the police can then help you track down his location.

A.Hi,
Yes, the child is entitled to claim a share of his property on attaining the age of majority. File a petition for interim maintenance under Section 125 CrPC. The Court can then task the police with locating him. Ask his mother to tell him to give you a divorce if he does not wish to continue the relationship.
