Both my wife and son left me in 2014 and taken divorce in 2018. I do not any fixed properties and financial obligations. My salary is only source of income. I don t have health or other problems. I do not have future growth opportunities also. I am thinking that when I am healthy, in this time only I want to die. Why because if any deceases attack me , it is very difficult to survive. Now I am healthy and my organs are useful to other poor who are suffering from high health disorders. So I want seek Mercy Killing (Euthanasia). Please advice me how and whom to approach for this.

A.Hi,
Euthanasia has not been legally recognized by indian law. No court will pass a decree in this matter in your favour. However, you can get a medical agreement done that after your death your organs must be donated to the needy.
