Credit Card Debt after moratorium, unable to pay lumpsum, no emi available

Hi!I have a axis credit card, i used 2lkh , had been paying but due to bad financial condition in 2020 i cudnt pay and took moratorium , from sept (after moratorium) I was asked to pay full amount and i requested bank to convert it into Loan or give me EMI options but they didnt do so, i am unable to pay lumpsum as i dont have that kind of savings. Now the 2lkh is 5lkh, affected my cibil and i cant take any loans to pay the lump sum settlement amount, Please advise what to do, They keep calling , donot give me emi options.

It is advised to you not to use the credit card further. You can approach the court and recite your matter for asking time period for repayment. You can hire a lawyer for the same.
