Opposite to my residence lane two houses is been constructed by extending half feet towards road and made alteration in sanitary line, when I noticed and questioned they started troubling me and putting mud in road, making road hight, made sanitary chamber height, etc., Please advise can I complain this to police station and are they going to this as serious and get me justice since this property is coming under gram Panchayat and gram Panchayat is not taking that much serious because this small layout is DC conversion land but taken approval from gram Panchayat by developer.
