I'm IT Professional was providing my services to company as permanent employee.
1. Barely we receive our salary on time. Some time I've received salary after a month.
2. I've resigned on 9th Feb 2021. Same has been accepted by company. they provided me FnF till 31st of Jan 2021. there is no clarification on 1st feb to 9th feb of salary.
3. Till now I've not received my FnF also. For same I've dropped multiple mails to HR and Seniors. but No response from their end.
4. There is no clarification of on my unclaimed Leaves for encashment as well.

Please help me what can I do in this situation.

A.Hi,
You can first send a legal notice to them with the help of a lawyer.
You can lodge police complaint for not paying FNF. After that you can file a complaint before the labour commissioner of your area.
You all can also file Recovery Suit before the civil court against the said Company.

A.Hi,
Now also, all of you can lodge police complaint for illegally forcing you to resign and not paying FNF.
After that you all can file a complaint before the labour commissioner of your area,
You all can also file Recovery Suit before the civil court against the said Company.

A.Send legal notice to your company claiming pending dues and if not replied or complied within 15 days or so you can approach labour commissioner of your area and file complaint.
