Mental harrassment and threats

I was in a relationship (not physical) with a married man who claimed he didn't have any emotional or physical relationship with his wife. He maintained that his wife had nothing to do with him, that all she wanted was money from him and that he was free to love whoever he wanted to. I believed him and despite wanting to end my relationship with him multiple times, he somehow coaxed me to be with him saying his wife has nothing to do with him. But yesterday when he went home his wife got to know about us and called me up and abused me. She called me more than a hundred times and my health suffered greatly. I told the man to not contact me anymore because i had earlier believed that he wasn't attached to his wife. But when his wife abused me i realised he had lied to me about not being on any terms with his wife and asked him to stop contacting me. Still he kept texting me and calling me and threatened to call my mom, blamed me for everything and said he would die. As i can't take this anxiety i am contacting and asking you for help and advice.
