Did not get Company releiving letter, Experience letter and 2.5 months salaries

I actually had to maintain 3 months of notice period in an organisation, I maintained only 15 days and gave medical reason and said that I am going to shift to some other place in future.
Now I did not receive my 2.5 months salaries and my Releiving and Experience letter is also stuck. Kindly someone help me.

A.Hi,
You need to check the employment agreement first. If it specifically states such clause, then they have the right to take actions against you for not serving the notice period, otherwise, you can send a legal notice to the company for taking action without any mandatory clauses specified.

A.Hi,
If the contract specifically provides an option of paying salary in lieu of not serving the notice period, the Company cannot force you to serve the same. However, the same will depend on the exact terms of engagement.
You need to check the employment agreement for the same. If the agreement is specific about the terms of the notice period, then they have the right to do the above mentioned things, but if nothing is specified, you can send a legal notice to the firm.
